Shipping & Returns

In order to allow our customers the ability to customize and/or add accessories to their E+ bike or Flex kit, all E+ Electric Bike products are built to order at our headquarters in Dulles, VA.

Shipping lead time on Signature Series bicycles and Flex kits is approximately 5 working days from the time of order.

Shipping lead time on E+ Custom Series bicycles will be approximately 2 weeks from date of order.

Due to our build to order policy, returns will be accepted, less a 20% re-stocking fee. This restocking fee is not applicable to warranty repairs or exchanges.
